5 houseboats damaged in Dal lake blaze

Srinagar : Five houseboats were gutted in an early morning fire incident on Satuday in Dal lake here, officials said.

An official told news agency that a massive blaze broke out near Ghat No. 10 of the lake and engulfed five houseboats and an equal number of residential structures.”The Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) officials rushed to the spot and doused off the flames immediately,” he said, adding that the reason of the fire is not known yet—(KNO)
