2 teachers, 14 students of seminary hospitalized after ‘food poisoning’ in Poonch

Poonch : Two teachers and 14 students of a Madrassa (seminary) were hospitalized after they had dinner at a house in Poonch district on Tuesday, officials said.

They said that at about 20:15 hours, information was received two teachers and 14 students of a Madrasa located in Narol Mendhar showed symptoms of food poisoning after having the dinner at the residence of a local resident in Banola village.

The teachers and the students were later shifted to SDH Mendhar. “All of them are stable and are under treatment at SDH Mendhar,” the officials.
