Budgam: The Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) Budgam, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports (Government of India), successfully organized Saibugh Budgam.
the Cluster-Level Sports Meet 2024-2025 in various blocks of Saibugh , Budgam, on Thursday. Hundreds of young athletes participated enthusiastically in the event, competing in a range of disciplines including Kho-Kho, Volleyball, Running, Tug of War, and a 100-meter race. Teams from different blocks showcased impressive talent and sportsmanship, creating a vibrant atmosphere that celebrated athleticism, teamwork,
determination.
The event attracted several prominent figures, includ-ing social activist and CEO of Drug Free Kashmir Aquib Ahmad. NYK repre sentative Akhter Bano, Faisal Ahmad , and Danish , amongst other distinguished guests. The par ticipants demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and competitive spirit, contributing to the overall success of the meet.
Speaking to the media, NYK Budgam representa-tive Shahi Hamdan Youth Club emphasized the importance of the event, noting that sports competitions were held at mul tiple locations under the NYK Budgam banner.
