IDY-2025: AYUSH Shopian hosts Yoga awareness event at GHSS Heerpora

SHOPIAN : In continuation to the nationwide preparations for the 11th International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025, a countdown event was successfully organized today at GHSS Heerpora, Shopian.
The event was held as per the directions of the Director AYUSH J&K, Dr. Nuzhat Bashir.
During the event, Yoga Instructor led a detailed demonstration of various Yoga Asanas, highlighting their role in enhancing physical fitness, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and staff, contributing to the growing awareness and importance of integrating yoga into daily life.
