Shringla, Darjeeling Youth Delegation Visit Piprahwa Relics Exhibition in New Delhi

New Delhi : Harsh Vardhan Shringla, IFS (Retd) and Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, along with a youth delegation from Darjeeling, visited the international exposition “The Light of The Lotus: Relics of the Awakened One” at the Rai Pithora Cultural Complex on Tuesday.
During the visit, the delegation viewed the Piprahwa relics and their interpretive journey with deep reverence, expressing admiration for India’s rich Buddhist traditions and timeless cultural heritage.
Shri Shringla appreciated the efforts of the Ministry of Culture for the successful repatriation of the relics from Hong Kong and their world-class presentation in the exhibition.
He highlighted that such initiatives strengthen India’s cultural diplomacy and help promote the nation’s spiritual and historical legacy at the global level.
