Mendhar : The Water Works (PHE) Employees Association, Jammu Province, J&K UT, has constituted the divisional body of the association for PHE Division Mendhar, District Poonch, following an election conducted under the supervision of the Provincial President on August 17, 2026.
As per the official order issued by Provincial President Balbder Raj, the newly constituted divisional body, and in presence of INTUC President UT J&K “Sh. Shiv Kumar Sharma” Sb,and along with INTUC Sevadal President UT J&K “Sh. Faiz Akbar Chouhan” sb comprises That Sh. Mohd. Yousaf as President, Sh. Javid Miandad as Vice President, and Sh. Abdul Kabir as General Secretary.
The order stated that the office-bearers have been designated for the welfare and betterment of the employees of the division and will perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the constitution, rules and objectives of the Water Works (PHE) Employees Association.
The newly constituted body is expected to work towards strengthening the association and addressing the issues and welfare concerns of PHE employees in the Mendhar division.
