Militants attack Police party in Srinagar, 1 cop injured

Srinagar, Sept 12, KDC: Militants on Sunday fired upon Police party near Khanyar area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.

A Police officer told News Agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that militants fired upon Police party in Khanyar area, in this incident one police man identified as Arshid Ahmad was injured. He was immediately shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.

He said the whole area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers adding that a case under relevant section of law is being rehistered in this regard. (KDC)
