NGO REACHA and Indian Army in association with NGO *TRRAIN* (Trust for Retailers and Retail Associates of India) launched TRRAINHer Ascent, an industry/ placement linked woman’s empowerment project in Kawari, Kupwara (an Aspirational District), J&K

J&K govt facilitates safe return of residents, students from Iran

This program will be bringing tech enabled retail training. The students will be certified by the organisations and by RASCI* .

Mr Nikhil Pant, Ms Mamatha Esteves, Mr. Azad Naqasbandi and Ms Shilpa Bajaj* from REACHA formally introduced the program to the beneficiaries and dignitaries explaining the program contours.

On this occasion , prominent local personalities *Mr Javed Ali, BDC Qadirabad* , *Mr Ali Mohd, Sarpanch Kawari*, Mr Manzoor Ahmed- Deputy Sarpanch -Awoora, Mr Javed- ward member, Mr Irfan Ahmed lone- ward member and Mr Manzoor Ahmed khan- Ex serviceman were also present. Mr Javed Ali and Mr Manzoor Ahmed appreciated the efforts of concerned organisations for providing these trainings for women empowerment

The beneficiaries spoke their heart out indicating that this program will give them wings and that they will become financially independent. They felt that this program will enable them to work towards upliftment of other women as well.
