JK Libraries expresses gratitude to DC Kupwara for allotment of land in Tanghdar

Jammu and Kashmir public libraries on Tuesday expressed gratitude to Deputy Commissioner Kupwara Khalid Jehangir for allotment of land for the construction of a library building in the border town of Tangdhar.

In a series of tweets, JK Libraries said, “JK Libraries expresses gratitude to DC Kupwara, Mr. Khalid Jehangir (KAS) for his prompt action in allotment of land & his personal initiative in ensuring early start of work on construction of a library building in the remote border area of Tanghdar.”

It also said, “Ground-level work is in progress for the construction of the building for Tehsil Library Tanghdar.”
