Opinion | Trolling a change may block the future change in our teaching learning culture

Coming across the troll and social media policing of teachers for a training programme, vedio of which has been doing rounds on social media past many days proves the fact that we as a failed society are the best judges and destructors only.Our judgements made against the teachers who are trying to get acquainted for our future generations to avoid our wrath as parents and complaining for not being able to make them befit in the contemporary world.They are proved the culprits of trying to adopt a new them ,acquaint them with novel pedagogies and get their hands on the different methodologies to make teaching learning more effective. It is here proving us how we as society as responsible for our destruction and how we can’t acknowledge our good. These teachers have been traumatised of the efforts they have been putting their comfort in as they already have been the taughts of the passive and Defective education system.

I remember while being a student from primary to high school we were given the warm up exercises like cleaning up the mess/trash in the classroom or the courtyard of the school or asked to do any other chores of the school to which current parents would obviously not agree to. Sometimes we were asked to sleep or we would be sleeping during our class which proves how boring those would be.

Play way methodology doesnot only make learning effective but successful too. Pragmatic approach towards learning instills in a child descipline,concentration and interest towards learning. Rather than appreciating a change in our education we have come like digital goons to police them. Each parent of us enrol their wards in the most expensive educational institutions just to get them well learned and fitting with the world as we expect the faculty of those schools to be versatile but we can’t support our govt school teachers out of our stereotyped cognition to make education affluent and budget friendly to every dweller of Kashmir. Only highbrow people can not have the right to avail best of the best services even education as well.An under prevailed kid does deserve it as well. Digital bashing and character assassinating is not any Yeoman’s service.We must process things and then know the “Do’s” and “Do nots”.

Education is a three way process.The time has gone when education was a dictation to be crammed. This is the age of an actively dynamic teacher to make learning intersting and active that would be eched on the mind of kids and make the acquainted with life skills.This is the age of a type of education that would make a child adjust with the current Across globe.

Everyone of us are on toes to criticise the education system of Kashmir and the job of a government school teacher for luring undeserving salary but when there is a push for them to make a change they are bashed and trolled which unethical and devastating for our future.

Every inhabitant of Kashmir in particular the stake holders of society and change must come to the forth to empower the practical learning and Novel pedagogies and methodologies for an impressive and effective teaching learning process.
