Srinagar : Union Minister for Civil Aviation and Steel Industry, Jyotiraditya M Scindia and Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha on Monday expressed grief over the demise of former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Mulayam Singh Yadav.
