Srinagar : A Scooty rider died after he was knocked down by auto at Killora in South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday afternoon.
Official sources told that accident took place at killora Between auto registration no Jk 22 A 8805 and scooty no JK22 A 1385 at Killora resulting in critical injuries
He was immediately taken to District Hospital Shopian for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries, he said.
He identified the deceased as Mohd Yousuf Dar ,son of Gh Mohd Dar of Killora, Shopian.
Police have taken cognizance of the issue and further investigation has been taken up, he added. (KNA)
