Kupwara : The “TEAM RED” (NGO) visited fire victims of Halmatpora who have suffered huge losses in recent fire incident.
The NGO provide fire victims some winter clothes, Blankets, Gas stoves, food items and several other essential items.
The team was led by Saadat Sogami (Chairman), Aaliya Amin Wani (HOD Donation Drives), Zubair Azad (JS), Taahir Wani (PR), Sajid Wani (ZS), Iqbal Samad (DH), Wariq Gulzar (Media IC), Athar Rasool and Unain members, social activist Firdous khan.
They said recently they came to know about this fire incident and the team visited this place to provide assistance to the affected people in this difficult time.
They said their NGO is always forefront to provide assistance to people who needs any help.
“We are also urging people to help people who are in need in this bone chilling cold” the NGO member said.
In future we will always try to help the affected people, they added.
The NGO also visited sub district Hospital Kupwara where they distributed the blankets among the patients.
The affected family has expressed gratitude to this NGO for reaching to them in hard times.
