Dy. DEO Kupwara inspects SSR activities in various polling stations

KUPWARA : On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Kupwara who is also District Election Officer Kupwara, Dy. DEO Kupwara, Mehraj-u-din Wani today conducted inspection of various polling stations to check the progress achieved under Special Summary Revision (SSR) process in the district.
The Election department Kupwara also observed special camp day today. The Dy. DEO along with Resource Persons conducted awareness programmes under SVEEP in various schools including GHSS Sogam and High School Chandigam.
Meanwhile, pamphlets were distributed among the students which gave details about enrollment, correction of voter details, EPIC Aadhaar linkage and facilitation apps of Election Commission of India.
The Dy. DEO also inspected various polling stations and got feedback from the concerned BLOs about the progress achieved under SSR.
