DC Bandipora visits Child Care Institute

BANDIPORA : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr Owais Ahmad Tuesday paid a visit to the Child Care Institute for Boys located at Papchan, Bandipora to assess the facilities and services provided to the children residing in the institute.

During the visit, DC took a comprehensive tour of the premises, including the living area, recreational areas, and educational facilities.

He interacted with the children and listened to their stories and experiences. He also expressed his concern for their well-being and emphasized the importance of providing them with a nurturing environment and access to quality education.

The DC also took note of any issues or challenges faced by the staff and residents and assured them of his full support in addressing those concerns.

Dr Owais said that such institutions play a crucial role in providing shelter, education, and rehabilitation to children who have been orphaned, abandoned, or rescued from difficult circumstances.

Speaking on the occasion, DC said that the administration is committed to providing the necessary support and resources to institutions like the Child Care Institute for Boys at Papchan. He further added that we all have to work closely in order to further enhance the quality of care and services offered to the children here.

The DC was accompanied by Tehsildar Bandipora and other concerned officials.
