DC Kulgam felicitates Momin Ishaq, a young Innovator

KULGAM : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat today felicitated young innovator Momin Ishaq, a Munad Guffan resident and awarded him with an amount of Rs. 20,000 and wished him best of luck for future endeavors.

Momin Ishaq has recently developed a low-cost, portable egg incubator to help the local poultry business and small-scale farmers, in addition to providing a regulated environment for hatching eggs.

Since his childhood Momin aspired to make an innovation that would benefit not only people around him but also small scale farmers and successfully developed a portable egg incubator.
