Handwara: Yasir Manzoor from Guloora Langate area of North Kashmir Handwara has come off with flying colors in the class 12th examination.
He is the only student from the Government Boys Higher Secondary School Handwara who has crossed 489 marks in the 12th class Examination.
The Board of School Education today declared the class 12th result in which girls have outshined boys.
His father Manzoor Ahamd Said that Yasir is a bright student and he hopes he will achieve what he wishes in the future.
Youngest among three Siblings, Yasir used to Study 8 to 10 hours daily during his board exam preparations and availed social Media by subscribing to some study-related Facebook Pages and YouTube channels.
“Social media can be a Game changer provided it is used optimally as it offers a multitude of information which can be available within fractions of seconds on your Computer or Mobile phone,” he said.

His father Is the Deputy CEO of Kupwara And his Mother is an ICDS Worker
About his goals, Yasir said, “I want to Become an IAS Officer
“I would give the credit for all my success to my Parents, Teachers (Principal Rafiq ahmad mir ), School teachers, and coaching teachers. I gave importance to all these, be it home, School, Coaching, or Self-study, as Everything has its relevance, ” he said.
Sharing his study strategy, Yasir said, “Whatever I studied, I revised to see how much I understood.”
