Poonch : Police on Friday recovered an old rusted mortar shell in Poonch and destroyed it without any damage, officials said.

They told that the shell was found during construction at Gali area of Sawjian in Mandi area of Poonch. Soon after being informed, they said, a police party rushed to spot and later destroyed it without any damage to life or property.
