School Education department organized Stakeholder Workshop at D.C Office Kupwara

KUPWARA : School Education department Kupwara today organized a Stakeholder Workshop on “Promoting Ease of Living in Schools” here at meeting hall of D.C Office Kupwara. The Workshop was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Ms. Ayushi Sudan.

Day 5 of DA-JGUA witnesses enthusiastic participation at Satrina, Kangan

The workshop was aimed at collecting feedback from the participants regarding improvement of School Education system in the district viz a viz using of online services, improving learning outcomes, quality infrastructure etc.
Addressing the participants, the Deputy Commissioner said that Education is the important sector which needs attention of all stakeholders for making it vibrant and qualitative. She asked the participants to give their valuable feedback for overall improvement in the sector.
On the occasion, CEO Kupwara presented the welcome address and deliberated the participants regarding the aim and objectives of holding the
workshop.

The Dy. CEO, Manzoor Ahmad briefed the participants about various areas and parameters in schools on which they can share their valuable feedback for the improvement.
Meanwhile, Feedback Forms were distributed among the participants for writing their suggestions on different matters including Ease in Issuance/Reissuance/Modification of transfer certificate/Marks Sheets, verification of certificate/marksheet, Introduction of Revaluation/Improvement in examination, Twining of schools, facilitation in registration of students for Aadhaar, use of Digi Locker, quality infrastructure in school and improving learning outcomes.
During the workshop, the students also interacted with the Deputy Commissioner and shared their feedback regarding various things which need attention for improvement in school education system in the district.

Chief Education Officer Kupwara, Abdul Hamid; Dy. CEO, ZEOs, Principals of some Higher Secondary Schools, Heads of some Private Schools, Students, besides, DDC Member Karnah, BDC Chairpersons of Trehgam and Langate, President Traders Federation Kupwara and other stakeholders participated in the workshop.
