PULWAMA : Continuing the inspection to government offices in the district, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Pulwama, Dr.Basharat Qayoom today visited Tehsil Office Rajpora, reaffirming the administration’s dedication to improving online services and enhancing the efficiency of government operations.

On the occasion, the DC conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Tehsil Office Rajpora, where he paid meticulous attention to various aspects of the office’s functioning. This visit was aimed to ensure that the office is well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of the local community.

A thorough review of all the sections including revenue documents and records was undertaken to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the revenue system.

The grievance redressal mechanism was scrutinized to enhance responsiveness to citizens’ concerns and complaints.

Inspection of various sections within the Tehsil Office aimed to identify areas for improvement and streamline administrative processes.

Dr Basharat underscored the administration’s commitment to modernizing government services and making them more citizen-centric. In an era where digital access plays a pivotal role in governance, the administration is determined to harness technology to facilitate ease of access to services.

The DC directed officers and officials to ensure timely disposal of grievances and provision of all services within the timelines of PSGA. Tehsildar was directed to get facelift of the office interiors and premises done and to make it citizen friendly and accessible to specially-abled.
