DC Kupwara reviews CAPEX Budget, BADP

Kupwara : In order to review the progress of the Capex Budget 2023-24 and BADP a meeting of Officers and engineers was convened on Thursday at Meeting Hall of DC Office here, which was chaired by the District Development Commisioner Kupwara, Ms. Ayushi Sudan.

DC reviewed tendering, execution and completion of projects under District Capex, UT Capex, NABARD and BADP.

DC took the strong note of gap in authorisation of projects and their allotments despite lapse of ample time of working season and directed concerned engineers to submit the list of works authorised but not tenderd out yet.

DC emphasized upon Officers and engineers to expedite the pace of projects as short working season is left.
DC directed upon the engineers to ensure that lapse of funds is avoided in the district.
She directed SE, PWD to monitor the progress of tendering, execution and completion of projects, closely and ensure that all projects are completed within stipulated time frame.
Meeting was attended by ,SE, PWD Er. Ram Lal, JD Planning Kupwara, Abdul Majeed, Executive Engineers, Assistant Executive Engineers and other concerned officers.
