Education Officers Bid An adieu to the most dynamic administrator Mr A.H.Fani for his outstanding role in the district Kupwara

Kupwara : A grand and graceful function was organised by the officers of the Education Department in the Auditorium of BHSS Kupwara in honour of Chief Education Officer, Mr Abdul Hamid Fani, who is under orders of transfer.

The function was attended by DyCEO, Principals, zonal education officers, DIET faculty, representatives of all the leading Trade Unions of the department, some teaching personnel and the ministerial staff of the Chief Education Office. The District Administration was represented by the Aditional District Commissioner, jinab Gh Nabi Bhat.

Speakers, representing the different strata of the department and employee-unions, threw light on the tenure of the outgoing CEO and lauded him for his tireless efforts towards the upliftment of education and Education setup/system in the district.

They were all in praise for him for having revitalised the education system in the district. Worthy ADC sahib while praising the commitment and dedication of the outgoing officer gave a special reference of Project Zimadari an initiative that brought about a sea change in the facade and functioning of the educational institutions of the district and received praise from people belonging to every walk of the society.

The speakers shared their experiences and anecdotes of working with Fani sahib and were no nonambiguous in stating that they have learnt a lot from his experience and expertise. The function culminated with a vote of thanks delivered by DyCEO, Mr Manzoor A Bhat.
