Kupwara : An impressive Youth outreach program was organised by Kashmir Writers Association (KWA) at Kupwara.The Programme was attended by many writers,activists and members of KWA. The program began with a welcome address by renowned writer and Columnist RayeesMasroor.
KWA Head Fida Firdous, renowned writerTahir Majeed, Young writing sensation Haya SajadWani and other members of the KWA were some of the prominent personalities who graced the occasion. Budding Writer HAYA SAJAD WANI of Panzgan Kupwara was felicitated & her second book was unveiled during the impressive function. Moreover, many young students (YouthAchievers) were also felicitated & provided with Certificate of Appreciation by KWA. The program was attended by scores of Volunteers, KWA members, Writers and prominent citizens.
Fida Firdous & Tahir Majeed hailed young & talented writer Haya SajadWani for bringing laurels to frontier District Kupwara in the field of Writing & assured her that KWA will always provide every logical & necessary support to budding writers, scholars and artists like her to excel & shine in their respective fields. A musical concert was also one of the highlights of the Programme. The program was moderated by Sheikh Jaffar and Vote of thanks was presented by Mr Tahir Majeed.(KNS)
