Lok Sabha polls: 5% voter turnout recorded till 9 am in Srinagar

SRINAGAR: Five per cent voter turnout was recorded till 9 am in Srinagar parliamentary constituency where polling began at 7 am today, officials said.

Giving details, a spokesman of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), said that Chadoora in Budgam district recorded the highest 9.62 % turnout while Habba Kadal recorded lowest 2.1%. Khanyar in Srinagar district hasn’t recorded any polling yet.

Central Shalteng -3.16%

Chadoora – 9.62 %

Char-e-Shareef – 8.30%

Channapora – 2.77%

Ganderbal – 8.83%

Habba Kadal – 2.10%

Hazratbal – 3.55%

Kangan (ST)-7.89%

Khan Sahib – 6.70%

Khanyar -0.00%

Lal Chowk – 3.23%

Pulwama – 5.14%

Rajpora – 5.87%

Shopian – 7.03%

Tral -3.70%
