Sarmad Hafeez conducts Public Darbar at Chadoora

BUDGAM : Secretary Youth Services & Sports (YSS), Sarmad Hafeez, today visited Chadoora, Budgam and conducted a Public Darbar under the ambitious public outreach cum grievances redressal programme of the government.
The public delegations from Chadoora, B.K.Pora, Lolipora, Sogam, Nagam, Gowherpora, Wathoora, Batpora and other areas and blocks participated in the camp and projected their issues and suggestions before the Secretary.
While interacting with the public delegations, the Secretary assured them that all the genuine demands and grievances will be taken up with the concerned quarters for appropriate action. He also encouraged the public for their active participation in these public outreach programs.
The Secretary on the occasion stressed upon the officers to make people aware about different schemes of their departments so that they avail maximum benefit out of them.
Earlier, Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Akshay Labroo spoke about the main objective of these programmes. He also presented an overall developmental scenario of district before the Secretary.
Besides senior officers of district administration, prominent citizens and large number of locals were present during Public Darbar.
