DHEW-MS Budgam conduct Outreach programme at panchayat Batpora, Chadoora

BUDGAM : The District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW), Mission Shakti (MS) Budgam in collaboration with OSC Budgam and Special Cell for Women Budgam today organised an outreach cum awareness camp at Batpora of block Chadoora.

The DHEW team raised awareness on Women and Child related schemes available at District level such as Mission Shakti, OSC, WHL 181, Shelter Home, Marriage Assistance Scheme, CCI Child Care institution, ICPS, Old-age home, Drug Abuse among Youth and all other women related Schemes available in various government departments.

DHEW Budgam emphasised the importance of BBBP and stated that women can be empowered in a variety of ways.

The programme was attended by AWW, Helpers, panchayat representatives, local women and adolescent girls.
