A short story in memory of late Dad’s John’s and Nana John’s !

When I get discouraged by life’s difficulties ,

I find your compassionate hand on my head every time.

Often when I get tired in the scorching sun,

I find the your shadow of my parents near me.

Dad’a John’s Brief Introduction of life :-

My Grandfather the legend personality.

Name Ali Mohammad War Sahab.He was born on January 1, 1442 in a large landowning family of Sheikhpora. His father’s name is Ghulam Hassan War and his mother’s name is Khata Begum.

My grandfather was one of the big landowners of the area. It was only two years ago that my mother left this world.Then his father remarried. His father treated him like a stepmother when he was a child and then his grandfather and grandmother took care of him.When he was three years old, the grandmother died. Then the entire responsibility fell on the grandfather. And at the age of three years and four months, my grandfather passed away. My grandfather suffered hardships from childhood and then resolved these hardships himself and then entered school at the age of five, studied only up to the fifth standard. He had to drop out of education due to hardships and all the responsibility fell on him. After leaving education, he took charge of the house and did the housework etc. and when he reached the age of 16, then he married with Zoona Begum.

Dad’a John was a very compassionate, kind hearted and considerate person.Dada John’s compassion and love was very good with the family and he was very intelligent, cheerful and responsive.Dada john was very pious and religious. I remember he was strictly committed to fasting and salut. And he wanted to see these qualities in his grandsons, granddaughters, grandsons and great-grandsons.Dad’a John used to exhort us to perform equal prayers, repentance and forgiveness and to adopt Islamic morals and character and he used to remember various instructive stories which he used to narrate in a fun way for training on suitable occasions.

Dada John’s personality had many qualities. He knew the art of maintaining relationships. He was not only an example of love and kindness, but he always gave priority to reconciliation and mutual treatment, that is the reason why he died. Every relationship related to him became embodied tears. May God, his children, i.e. we be the mirror of his virtues, keep his name bright. Death is a very bitter reality. That he cannot fill again.

His minor illness soon became so serious that prayers and the skill of doctors could not stop him from going.

Dad’a John’s (Grandfather) death was so spectacular that there were more than five people in the hall where he died, including my father, who were reciting Kalma Tayyaba, and Kalma Tayyaba on Dad’a John’s tongue as well.It was the words of Ali Mohammad War Sahab. Then, at 02:45 o’clock in the night of 27 January 2020, at the age of Seventy Eight (78) years.He left this mortal world and met his real creator. As soon as he saw this, his soul flew away from his body, And the religious figures of the area described his death as wonderful and said that such a death had never been seen before in life.And my grandfather’s son says that this was the first death in life that happened before my eyes.Dad’a John’s death is not less than a tragedy for his loved ones. No matter how many lamps of devotion, no matter how many flowers of love are showered for those left behind, it is less for the greatness of this person. Writing all this about Dad’a John, my eyes are full of tears and my heart says that I wish he would sneak out from somewhere to wipe my tears and make my crying heart laugh.This is the reality, which we have been forced to admit for the past few months.

Dad’a John’s apathy and contentment with the world was evident that he never used his relations for worldly things.Every day that came out of his tongue, he used to eat it with patience and gratitude.You have never desired or sought a life of luxury.Whatever I’m today it is all because of my dad’a John.He loves all family members.He makes me happy when i ‘m in badmode.He was my inspiration because of his pious,religious ,simplicity and kind with others.I always thank God! for give me such caring and loving Da’da John.If i got to see you again more time i’d breakdown and tell you everything of how much i love you and and how much i cried everynight for you to come back is how much i wanted you to stay.I will never forget how much you loved me and how much I learned from you.Paticularly I personally miss your pleasent and heart touching Adhan.The family miss you so much which it included me the most. When you left I didn’t think it would hurts so much,but yet it did.

Nana John’s Brief Introduction of life :

My Nan’a John is a legendary figure.Name Ghulam Rasool Malik Sahab was born on April 11, 1954, in a large landowning family of Darbal Payeen.His father’s name is Mohammad Abdullah Malik and his mother’s name is Jana Begum.

when he reached the age of 24 then he married with Saja begum.Nan’a John was a very compassionate, soft-hearted and considerate person. Nan’aJohn’s compassion and love was not only with his family, but also with his neighbors. Nan’a John was very smart, cheerful and present answer person.My Nan’a John, had such a perceptive and well-rounded personality that not only his family members, but also in the neighborhood, if anyone had any problem, he would come to him without hesitation for advice.Nan’a John was a brave and present answer person of his village, and he used to solve any problem that was faced in the village honestly and honestly. He used to share everyone’s happiness and sorrow.The greatest characteristic and virtue among them was that they cared for the orphans, the poor, and the widows,And he took special care of the poor. He saw many ups and downs in his life, but he did not lose patience.

In 2013, he suddenly had a stroke, he was rushed to SKIMS Soura Srinagar, as soon as the doctors checked him up, the doctor said that his condition was very serious.after some days Allah Ta’ala showed His grace and thanks to the prayers, little by little changes started to come in his health after two months, then the doctor gave him medicine and discharged him from the hospital. And stayed at home for months and then had a stroke. A second major stroke prevented him from getting up, and he remained ill in the same place for more than six years.Then, at one o’clock in the night of January 2018, at the age of Sixty four (64), he left this mortal world and met his real creator.

These are some of the brilliant impressions of Dad’a John’s and Nan’a John’s life, which I have tried to compile through memory. May Allah accept his services, forgive his mistakes and grant them a high place in Jannah-tul-Firdous and enlight their graves. Ameen Suma Ameen!
