ADC Handwara conducts surprise inspection of NTPHC, schools in Rajwar zone

KUPWARA : Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Handwara, Javed Naseem Masoodi today conducted a surprise inspection of New Type Primary Health Centre (NTPHC) Wadder Payeen and various Schools of Rajwar Education Zone of Sub Division Handwara.
ADC visited New Type Primary Health Centre to inspect health care facilities to patients, and inspected the functioning of Government Boys High School Wadder Payeen, Government Secondary School Wadder Payeen and Middle School Chontwari.
The visit to schools aimed to assess the quality of education, punctuality of staff and students, hygiene and other important requirements for the safe, smooth and hassle free functioning of the schools.
Masoodi inspected the classrooms and other facilities available in the schools and also checked the attendance record of both students and teachers. Attendance sheets were thoroughly checked to scrutinize the accuracy of records in a bid to promote regular attendance among students and punctuality among teachers.
He also interacted with the school staff, teachers and students. He encouraged the teachers to focus on their teaching methodologies and gave valuable suggestions to improve the learning environment.
The ADC also motivated the students to actively participate in learning activities and maintain discipline within the school premises.
