Kupwara : Apni Party on Wednesday held a convention at Hayatpora Lolab to celebrate its third Foundation Day.
The daylong event was presided over by Joint Secretary Abdul Rahim Wani in presence of Ghulam Hassan Dar, Feroze Ahmad Ganie, Shamus Din Shah, Farooq Ahmad Bhat, Abdul Rashid Khatana besides a sizable number of party workers.
Abdul Rahim Wani delivered a speech to the workers and took from them a pledge that they will strengthen the party from the ground level.
Wani assured that Apni Party will fight for the welfare of common masses under the leadership of Party patron Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari.
Besides Wani, several other party workers spoke on the occasion and expressed their commitment to work to solidify the party.
