Srinagar : Seema Kumari, the wife of a serving Army Officer with Rashtriya Rifles, has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining her Ph.D. degree in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
Under the direct supervision of Dr. Prerna Puri, The title of her thesis defined as Spirituality, Hope, Optimism, Resilience, and Personal Growth in relation to the quality of life among armed forces personnel.” It researches essential dimensions concerning the mental health complementary workforce personnel, especially in places such as Jammu & Kashmir.
