GANDERBAL : The District Election Office Ganderbal today organized a comprehensive training session for the staff deployed for the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir, 2024.
The session, held in the Conference Hall of the Mini Secretariat, Ganderbal, was aimed at equipping the polling staff with the necessary skills and knowledge to efficiently perform their duties during the upcoming electoral process.
A group of officers and officials attended the training, which was conducted by master trainers who are experts in election procedures. These trainers provided detailed instructions on the election process, ensuring that the polling staff is well-prepared to handle the responsibilities that come with conducting free, fair and smooth elections.
In addition to the main training event in Ganderbal, a similar session was held in the Kangan Sub-division for the Assembly Constituency Kangan.

Participants were given an opportunity to engage directly with the trainers, raising queries related to election procedures and rules. The trainers provided clear and satisfactory answers, ensuring that all doubts were resolved.
These training sessions represent a significant step toward ensuring that the upcoming Assembly Elections in the district are conducted smoothly.
