Mendhar : The Road of BG Mendhar Balnoi Project of 45km in length Sanctioned under PMGSY Scheme by the Government of India for its Widening,Repairing and Black Topping after the long Span of time on the Protests of locals of the Areas, Sarpanchs and Representative of the Sumo Union President Many times.This is one of the important road which was used by the defence for traveling to it’s different locations in Mendhar Sub division and Connected with Heart of the Main Town of Mendhar for traveller’s of Jammu and Balakote Tehsil Panchayats for daily routine works become headache for them since decades under BRO said by the Constituency Incharge and Senior leader of the PDP Advocate Nadeem Rafiq Khan in a Press conference at Mendhàr

The Condition of the Road is in worst and deplorable Conditions for the commuters and vehicles owner’s Who paid huge taxes for the Road Maintenance. After the approval of the Central Government for this Project this year with Sanctioned amount of Rs. Crores for it’s Maintenance and Repairing with Black Topping along with four bridges was blocked for the development and tendering process by the BRO On the issue of Hand over of this Road for the last two months said by the Nadeem Rafiq Khan.
Now letter came in into light on social media platforms in which .BRO had written to Mendhar PMGSY for the Cancellation of this Important Project Scheme which clearly shows their attention towards this Road abd Public is not Good. He further stated the BRO Officers Making hurdles in the Development of this Important Road of the area by Making this Road worthless with clearness approached .
Later,He made an appeal on the behalf of the Public and transporters to the Lt. Governor of the UT, Chief Secretary Jk, Divisional Commissioner Jammu to intervened in the Public important Matter for the development of this Road and aslo to the District Development Comissioner Poonch to settle out the handover issue with the Officials of BRO at the Earliest for the General Public Relief.
