Bhrastachar Mukt Week: DC inaugurates special camp of Jal Shakti at Kulgam

KULGAM : As part of week-long Bhrastachar Mukt J&K campaign, Jal Shakti department Kulgam today organized a Special camp at new conference hall Kulgam.

The programme was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Dr.Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat.

Addressing the gathering, the DC said that the aim to observe this week-long programme is to eradicate corruption and promote transparent and accountable governance.

ADC Viqar Ahmed Giri, ACD Mohammad Imran, Exen Jal Shakti and other officers remained present in this camp during which the issues and grievances of people were listened to for redressal.

PRI members and Pani Samiti Members from various panchayats also participated in the programme

During the programme, through a powerpoint presentation participants were briefed about various online services of the Jal Shakti Department.

Bhrastachar Mukt Week is observed to eradicate corruption and promote transparent and accountable governance and in this regard functions were also organised by various other departments across the district to promote transparent governance.
