New DELHI : CRPF Public School, Rohini, celebrated its “Cultural Odyssey cum Annual Exhibition – Pracheen se Pragyaan Tak” Thursday, with an impressive display of talent, creativity, and enthusiasm. The event began with a grand welcome for the Chief Guest, Rimjhim Singh, President of the CRPF Family Welfare Association (CWA), along with other dignitaries, marked by a meticulous band display and the ceremonial lamp-lighting.
The school choir’s rendition of “Sankalpana – Asma ko chhu ke Aayenge” left the audience spellbound, followed by a stirring performance from the school orchestra, “Anhad,” and the rhythmic beats of the school band, “Drummer’s Call,” which captivated everyone.
The Flag Dance, “Golden Shadows,” symbolized the spirit of the school’s four Houses—Shraddha, Shrum, Shaurya, and Shakti.
In her welcome address, Principal Nidhi Chaudhary expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Chief Guest for gracing the occasion. She shared the school’s vision and array of achievements, highlighting the school’s commitment to excellence and growth. The tiny tots showcased their graceful journey through “Aurora – The Dance of Light,” while the powerful Maharashtrian Jogwa dance, “Shakti Invocation,” captivated the audience.
The Prize Distribution Ceremony recognized the exceptional achievements of the CBSE Board Awardees of Classes X and XII, honoring their outstanding academic performance. Rimjhim Singh, in her address, encouraged students to pursue excellence and make positive contributions to society.
Following her speech, the Chief Guest unveiled the school’s Annual Exhibition titled “Pracheen se Pragyaan Tak,” which was brought to life by around 200 students from KG to Class XII. The exhibition provided an immersive experience of India’s rich heritage, cultural evolution, and promising future. It was thoughtfully divided into five sections, Ancient India, Medieval India, Modern India, Vision India 2024, and the European Renaissance.
The display incorporated historical monuments, models, and interdisciplinary themes, offering a holistic view of India’s multi-faceted contributions to the world. The Pre-primary and Primary wings showcased models and activities aligned with NEP 2020 and sustainable development.
