DC Budgam inspects progress of work on New District Hospital, CCU & Multilevel Car Parking Complex

Directs for timely completion of these projects

BUDGAM : The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Budgam, Akshay Labroo today visited various infrastructural project sites in Budgam to take firsthand appraisal of progress of works.
During the visit, the DC assessed the progress on 125-bedded New District Hospital and the 100-bedded Critical Care Unit (CCU) Budgam. He stressed on the importance of expediting the projects to ensure the timely availability of advanced healthcare facilities for the residents.
The projects aim to improve the district’s healthcare infrastructure, reflecting the Government’s commitment for providing quality medical services to the people of Budgam, the DC added.
He said that all stakeholders have worked in a focused manner to ensure that work on this prestigious project is carried out at a fast pace for its eventual timely dedication to the people of District Budgam.
The DC also inspected the Multi-Level Car Parking facility Budgam and emphasized the importance of efficient parking solutions in managing urban traffic and enhancing accessibility. He also interacted with staff to discuss any challenges they face and potential improvements.
Besides, CPO, CMO, Executive Engineer R&B Budgam, AEEs and all concerned officers were also present during this site inspection.
