DC Kupwara interacts with Police martyr’s families

Kupwara : In order to express solidarity and know the well-being of the families of the police martyrs, Deputy Commissioner(DC) Kupwara, Ms. Ayushi Sudan along with SSP Handwara, Dawood Ayoob today visited the residences of NOKs of martyrs who had laid down their lives in the line of duty.

Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara, sought the well being of the family members of martyrs and showed her solidarity with them.

On the occasion, DC said that district administration will always remain indebted to the services of martyrs’ who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty by creating an atmosphere of peace & stability.

DC while interacting with the families of martyrs assured them of every possible help and lauded the role played by their loved ones in sacrificing their lives for the sake of nation and society.
DC accompanied by SSP Handwara and other offices visited the family of Sub Inspector Arshid Ashraf S/O Mohammad Ashrf R/O Kalmoona vilagam (Handwara) who was martyred by terrorists at Khanyar Srinagar on 12-09-2021.
DC interacted with the mother and father of martyred Police officer.
DC later visited family of SGCT, Aamir Hussain Lone at Hirri Bala (Kupwara) who had attained martyrdom during terrorist attack at Zoonimar Soura Srinagar on 22.3.2022.

DC interacted with mother, father and wife of martyred police SGCT.
DC also interacted with the daughters of martyred Polie SGCT, Aasha, Khatija and Fatima.
Both the families of the martyrs’ expressed their satisfaction and happiness for interacting with Deputy Commisioner and Police officers and hoped to further strengthen this bond.
