DLIC approves 530 cases under HADP in Bandipora

BANDIPORA : The District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) meeting for the Holistic Agriculture Development Program (HADP) was held on Thursday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri.

The committee approved a total of 530 cases across various departments. Of the approved cases, 353 pertained to agriculture, 81 to horticulture, 35 to animal husbandry, 9 to fisheries, sericulture 11, and 41 to the sheep husbandry sector.
During the meeting, the DC highlighted the critical role of these initiatives in generating employment for youth. He urged all concerned departments to offer full support to unemployed individuals seeking opportunities in agriculture and related sectors.
The DC emphasized the importance of meeting set targets within the scheduled timeframe to ensure timely and effective implementation.
The meeting was attended by Chief Planning Officer M Maqbool, Chief Agriculture Officer Javid Ahmad Samoon, Chief Horticulture Officer Farooq Ahmad, and other officials from the relevant departments.
