“Don’t teach me”: Speaker Rather tells NC lawmaker

Jammu : The Speaker of J&K Legislative Assembly Abdul Rahim Rather on Tuesday snubbed MLA Pahalgam Altaf Kaloo when he objected to raising of supplementary questions by a legislator.
