Drug de-addiction cum awareness on new criminal laws programme held in Handwara

Kupwara : A significant event was held on Sunday at Panchayat Ghar Machipora in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, focusing on drug de-addiction and awareness about new criminal laws. The programme, attended by prominent members of society, featured SDPO Handwara Hamid Ali and SHO Handwara Vilayat Sofi as guest speakers.

They deliberated on various aspects of drug addiction and the recently introduced criminal laws. Tehsil President Lumberdar Association, Ashiq Hussain Rather, emphasized the need for collective efforts to eradicate the drug menace from society.
