Editorial | NEP : Tranformational Reform, Implement in Letter and Spirit  

J&K Lt Governor Sh Manoj Sinha launched several key initiatives under the National Education Policy (NEP) which, will equip students with a wide range of skills required for a knowledge society. Under the policy, several agreements were signed between the government and universities to achieve the desired target. At an event in Jammu ,LG said NEP will play a significant role in making India a Knowledge super power. Since, the government educational institutions are equipped with requisite tools and resources at par with private institutions, we need to assess our national and global ranking and take corrective measures.

Determined efforts should be made to implement NEP 2020 in letter and spirit to make Jammu kashmir a hub of Innovation, entrepreneurship , knowledge. NEP must be implemented to pave a way for transformational reforms .
