Jammu kashmir Government has planned to take up several initiatives in ongoing Back to village programme, that would create big employment opportunities for youth . It would provide self employment to around 63,000 youth , identify 100 tourist spots and initiation of industrial estates . Finance department has been asked to provide self employment to atleast 15 persons per panchayat through EDI and labor department . The Govt is also moving all online system thereby giving a relief to the common citizens to wait for hours in large and long queues.

The youth are being given a chance to directly talk to the officials as part of B2V4 programme. Govt brought new revolution in youth empowerment  from last 3 years. Making youth job providers from job seekers.

Youth in the valley are looking for peace , progress and prosperity of jammu and kashmir . And now it is upto society to give peace chance and identify and isolate the divisive forces who are trying to create a sense of fear .
