It though a bit harsh, is probably the most beautiful season of the year in Kashmir.

it becomes necessary to this time for Government to take advanced steps in which common people benefited and everything for them become so easy, govt must facilitate people with full time electricity and other necessary things . Continuous power cuts haunts more than cold and dwindling.

No doubt winters are a time for celebration in kashmir, but government needs to act very fast to keep miseries at bay . Govt must direct officials everywhere to be present within their peripheries to ensure smooth functioning of Govt offices and public reach out.
