Foundation stone of bathing ghaat laid at kishenganga LoC Teetwal 

Tangdhar  : Save Sharda committee kashmir regd led by its head Ravinder Pandita laid the foundation of ghat on the banks of river kishenganga at LoC Teetwal kashmir on tuesday. This historic & religious step attaches significance towards resumption of Sharda peeth yatra that has stopped in 1947. The brick blessed by H.H. Shankracharya of Sringeri Sri Sri vidushekara Bharathi was used that was presented by him on June 5 at Teetwal on abishek & consecration of Sharda temple at Teetwal.

The Event was attended by SDM Karnah Dr. Gulzar Rather, CO Indian army,Khawaja Iftikhar,Ajaz khan, sharda construction committee members and others. Remains of hawan held recently at temple were also immersed in kishenganga river on this occasion. The bathing ghat will have a capacity of 300 yatris with changing rooms.
