The tournament, held over 10 days from 07 October to 16 October 2023, brought together the finest teams from across the LOLAB VALLEY of Kashmir’s Kupwara District region to compete for the coveted championship title.
The championship showcased the exceptional talent and dedication of the participating teams. From powerful spikes to precise sets, the players delivered highly inspiring performances, captivating the audience and leaving them on the edge of their seats. Each match was a testament to the countless hours of training and preparation that the teams had devoted to perfecting their craft.
The grand finale match was a thrilling clash between two formidable teams, AGS CHANDIGAM and GHS SOGAM. The atmosphere in the arena was electrifying with fans from both sides passionately cheering for their respective favorites. The success of the Grand Finale Girls Volleyball Championship is a testament to the hard work and dedication Gujjarpatti Garrison under the aegis of Charkut Garrison and Lolab Youth Club the event a resounding success. The finals also witnessed the presence of SDM Aijaz Bhat and DDC Nasir Lone. The Winners and Runners up teams were given certificates, prizes and token of excellence awards by the Army.
The event was highly appreciated by the Civil Administration, Locals and the participants. The audience at the tournament hugely appreciated the efforts of the Army for conducting such an event which brings to fore the sense and feeling of bonhomie and trust between the local populace and the Army.
