Kupwara : President of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations and former member of Parliament Dr.Vinay Prabhakar Sahasrabuddhe visits Basera-E- Tabassum Orphanage Kupwara and interacted with orphan students. Dr. Vinay was warmly welcomed by students and presented with bouquets and other gifts.
During the interaction, Dr. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe stressed upon the students to take their studies seriously for better & successful future. He also impressed upon the students that everyone should take part in sports activities as it helps to boost self-confidence, concentration, physical as well as mental health. He also said that students should make optimum use of time and channelize their energy in the right direction.
The students had an open and candid lighter moments wherein they shared many things, including their ambitions of becoming Civil Service Officers, Doctors, Lawyers, Scientists etc.
Dr. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe appreciated the enthusiasm shown by the students and also appreciated the efforts of the teachers for preparing the students in uplifting their future.
Officials of District Kupwara, Founder of Borderless World Foundation Mr. Adhik Kadam, Advisor BWF Ms Jaya Lyer, Trustee BWF Nighat Qureshi and others were also present on the occasion.
