As part of its outreach initiatives during the holy month of Ramzan, Citizen Soldiers of Indian Army organised an Iftar for the locals of Gulgam in Kupwara.
The Army company at Gulgam, a remote village in North Kashmir’s Kupwara hosted district officials, local civil members and various other prominent people cutting across all sections of society over an Iftar. The gathering offered prayers before the breaking their fast along with the Army personnel.
The Iftar was attended by Commanding Officer Kupwara Terriers, ASP Kupwara, DSP Kupwara, SHO Kupwara, Chowki in charge Police post Awoora Market President Awoora and Batergam sarpanch’s and locals from Gulgam, Batergam & Awoora.
