Independence Day-2024: Tiranga Rally held at Kulgam

KULGAM : In the run-up to Independence Day 2024, the District Administration Kulgam today organized a vibrant Tiranga Rally, here.
The rally was led by Additional District Development Commissioner, (ADDC) Kulgam, Bashir Ahmad Wani from Mini-Secretariat Kulgam.
