Intensive market checking held at D H Pora, Nihama markets

KULGAM : On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, a joint team led by Sub District Magistrate (SDM) Noorabad, Bashir ul Hassan carried out intensive market checking in D H Pora, Nihama and Nandimarg markets.

During the market checking, an amount of Rs 5000 fine was recovered from violators.

The SDM while interacting with customers urged them to be aware of their rights. He said that to curb overpricing and other violations, market checking drives will continue in the subdivision.

The SDM was accompanied by Tehsildar D H Pora, TSO, SHO and other members of the enforcement team.
