A Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) Meeting was held by Kupwara Police to strengthen the Police-Public relations in Police post Kuligam.

The meeting was chaired by SSP Kupwara Yougal Manhas besides SDPO Lolab Aijaz ahmad, SHO sogam Naseer ahmad, SHO lalpora G.N Lone were also present in the meeting.

The meeeting was attended by the respectables of the area Vice chairman haji Farooq,BDC chairman Rafiq kataria,congress leader Mir Muneer,Panchs, Sarpanches who put up various issues of public importance.

Speaking on the occasion, SSP Kupwara said that such meetings are conducted to solicit the suggestions and support of people for better Policing and would be conducted in future as well.

He also thanked the people for participating in the meeting and providing valuable suggestions.

SSP Kupwara also said that he and his Team officers are round the clock available for redressal of Public Grievances.

The participants were stressed to cooperate with Police in maintaing law and order in the area and in identifying anti national and anti social elements who always try to disrupt the peaceful environment.
