SRINAGAR : Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha has extended his heartiest greetings to the people on the eve of Raksha Bandhan.
In a message of felicitations, the Lt Governor said:
“I convey my greetings and good wishes to the people on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan. This joyous festival reaffirms the sacred bond of love, affection and trust between brothers and sisters, and strengthens traditional values of our culture. May this festival bring happiness and peace to all and inspire us to work towards a society where women are empowered to reach their true potential”.
